I believe therapy should feel human. My approach is shaped by a background in research psychology and a genuine appreciation for the complexity of people's lives and relationships. If you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, family conflict, or feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, you don't have to navigate it alone. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are looking for a place where they can feel comfortable, understood, and accepted without judgment.
