Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel human. My approach is shaped by a background in research psychology and a genuine appreciation for the complexity of people's lives and relationships. If you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, family conflict, or feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, you don't have to navigate it alone. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are looking for a place where they can feel comfortable, understood, and accepted without judgment. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in painful patterns, disconnected from the people they care about, or burdened by experiences that continue to affect their daily lives. Together, we'll create a supportive space where you can better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move toward meaningful change. My goal is to help you experience greater clarity, connection, and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and deeply rooted in understanding how our experiences shape the ways we think, feel, and relate to others. I take a systemic and trauma-informed approach with strong experiential leanings, tailoring treatment to each person's unique needs and goals. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Somatic approaches, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Cognitive Behavioral Conjoint Therapy for PTSD, and Solution-Focused Couples Therapy. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, stress, anger, panic, or relationship difficulties while building practical tools that support healing and lasting growth. My goal is to help you create meaningful change not only within yourself, but within the relationships that matter most.

What you can expect from me

You can expect me to show up with warmth, curiosity, and a nonjudgmental presence. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and supported in exploring whatever challenges bring you to therapy. My role is to help you feel heard, understood, and gently guided toward the kind of change, clarity, and relief you're seeking. Together, we'll work to strengthen your relationships, develop practical coping skills, and better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My hope is that therapy leaves you feeling more connected, more resilient, and more confident in your ability to navigate life's challenges with greater self-awareness and emotional balance.
