Great to meet you!

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor providing therapy for adults, couples, families, and teenagers. If you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, relationship stress, or a major life transition, carrying it on your own can feel lonely and exhausting. Therapy can offer a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin finding a way forward. I offer a warm, steady, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood.

I work with adults navigating emotional challenges, addiction and recovery, relationship concerns, life transitions, and questions about identity, direction, or purpose. With couples, I help address conflict, communication difficulties, loss of trust, emotional distance, and other challenges that can leave partners feeling disconnected or uncertain about their future together. Whether you want to strengthen and rebuild your relationship or are considering separation or divorce, therapy can provide a space to better understand what is happening, communicate more effectively, and make thoughtful decisions about the path forward.

I also work with families affected by addiction, conflict, communication difficulties, and disconnection, helping family members develop greater understanding, healthier boundaries, and more constructive ways of relating to one another. I work with teenagers experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use or other addictive behaviors, family conflict, behavioral challenges, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD). I strive to help teens better understand and manage difficult emotions and behaviors while helping families strengthen communication, boundaries, and connection.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and personalized. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, DBT skills, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we’ll work together to understand what you’re experiencing, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools for navigating difficult thoughts, emotions, relationships, and circumstances.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy can be about more than managing symptoms. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck—caught in the same thoughts, emotions, behaviors, or relationship patterns—and sometimes wondering if things will ever really change. When we’ve been struggling for a long time, it can be difficult to imagine another way forward.

Therapy gives us an opportunity to look at those patterns with curiosity and begin challenging the ways of thinking, responding, and experiencing life that may no longer be serving you. Change doesn’t always happen all at once. Sometimes it begins by seeing yourself, your circumstances, or your possibilities differently.

Meaning, purpose, relationships, and personal values can also be important parts of emotional well-being. Whether you’re working toward recovery, rebuilding a relationship, navigating a difficult season, or simply trying to understand yourself more fully, we can work together to help you move from feeling stuck toward greater hope, choice, and connection with what matters most to you.

My hope is to help you develop greater understanding and resilience while creating a life that feels more peaceful, connected, and meaningful.
