Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Martina Dailey, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker dedicated to guiding individuals through their mental health challenges. I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity of working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, addressing a wide range of mental health and psychosocial challenges. My professional journey spans roles in teletherapy, community health, and nonprofit organizations. These experiences have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted needs of clients, strengthening my capacity to provide effective and culturally sensitive support to individuals in need.

With a compassionate and ethical approach, I draw from evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also incorporate Christian Counseling as an optional approach for those who are interested.

I work with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression. I’m committed to offering tailored support that values and respects each person's unique journey and life experiences.

My approach to therapy

My treatment approach centers on providing compassionate and tailored support to individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. I utilize evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to empower clients in identifying and challenging negative patterns while fostering personal growth. My approach emphasizes collaboration and open communication, creating a safe environment where clients can explore their unique experiences and set meaningful goals. Overall, my commitment to understanding each client’s distinct background enables me to support their healing, growth, and well-being.

What you can expect from me

I create a space that values each individual's unique perspective, encouraging open communication and a collaborative approach to treatment. My focus is on equipping clients with practical tools to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. We work together to address core issues, whether they involve past trauma, addiction, anxiety, or relationship difficulties. I aim to help clients develop healthier ways of responding to life's stressors and create sustainable, positive change.
