Great to meet you!

I have been a psychotherapist since 2009. I employ various techniques in working with my clients, including Mindfulness-Based approaches and Internal Family Systems (IFS). As we work together, you and I will craft a therapeutic approach that best suits your needs.

My approach to therapy

Having lived in several different countries throughout my life, I approach therapy with a cross-cultural perspective. I work intuitively alongside you to help you find the path forward. There is no one prescribed way in which I support my clients; my approach is as unique as you are.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that therapy offers you a new sense of awareness of what lies behind your personal challenges, and what they may have to offer. My clients feel supported and seen to take that next step towards achieving their personal goals.
