Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I truly believe people deserve a space where they can breathe, be themselves, and heal without pressure or judgment. I’ve supported clients through trauma, relationship struggles, parenthood, burnout, and identity challenges. I bring a heartfelt, culturally sensitive, and empowering presence to each session. I know life can feel heavy, especially when you’re used to being the strong one for everyone else. My goal is to help you feel understood, grounded, and capable of building a life that feels peaceful, manageable, and authentically yours.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting clients who feel overwhelmed from managing multiple roles—professionals, students, parents, and especially mothers who struggle with burnout or emotional overload. I also work with individuals healing from trauma, adjusting to major life transitions, or seeking healthier relationships and boundaries. My ideal client is someone ready to understand themselves, learn new skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our introductory session, we’ll explore your goals, identify root concerns, and discuss strategies that can help right away. Many clients tell me they feel lighter after the first session because they finally have a plan and someone in their corner. I will spend time getting to know your concerns, history, and goals for therapy so that we can build a clear and individualized plan together.
