Great to meet you!

I have experience in many counseling techniques and find myself to have an open-minded compassionate approach to therapy. I wanted to be the first to applaud you on taking the first step in becoming the best version of yourself. Therapy is very useful and beneficial tool in addressing issues and concerns you are experiencing. I am excited to be chosen to go on this journey with you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Whether you are seeking change for a healthier happier life, or just need a non-judgmental ear to listen, I am here to support and empower you to live your authentic best self.

What you can expect from our first session

As your new therapist , I will encourage you to allow yourself to experience any emotion or thought freely, for example crying without needing to apologize and voicing your feelings with confidence. If you are not quite there yet, I hope you will allow me to help you reach that point. It is my genuine hope that every client that comes to my room journeys along their therapeutic path with a renewed sense of understanding and self-appreciation.
