Great to meet you!

I have worked in different areas of mental health and well-being for about 10 years. Outside of work, I spend much of my free time enjoying the outdoors or listening to music. I believe life is about finding balance within each circumstance and learning to lead with your values. I strive to offer a supportive, accepting space where you can be yourself, feel understood, and begin moving toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I believe your individuality is a strength, and I will support you in developing greater self-understanding, acceptance, and personal growth. We can work on nervous system regulation, flexibility in responding to life’s challenges, and clarifying the values that guide your goals. I am here to help you build support, develop practical tools, and navigate life with both acceptance and accountability while creating a life worth living.

What you can expect from me

The therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of our work, so our first session will focus on getting to know each other and seeing whether we are a good fit. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and what support may feel most useful. You will have space to ask questions, share your goals, and begin imagining how we can work together.
