Great to meet you!

I am an Army veteran with extensive experience working with veterans, military personnel, civilians, individuals with disabilities, adolescents and juveniles, incarcerated populations, and individuals facing addiction-related challenges. My approach to therapy

I hold certifications in sports psychology, personal training and fitness coaching, couples therapy, eating disorders, crisis intervention, and vocational rehabilitation counseling, among others.
