Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming, and you do not have to face it alone. Reaching out for support is a brave step, and I am honored to walk alongside you. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor serving adults in Georgia who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, substance use concerns, and emotional overwhelm. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, empowering, and person-centered. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and therapy works best when we partner together. I draw from

evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused techniques, adapting each session to what you need most. You can expect a mix of honest conversation, guided reflection, and practical skills you can

use right away. Together we will explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, build coping tools, and strengthen your resilience in daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know you and what brought you to therapy right now. We will talk about your goals, strengths, and current challenges, and you can share as much or as little as feels comfortable. You can expect a safe, nonjudgmental environment and a clear, collaborative plan that feels realistic and meaningful. Over time, you can gain insight, learn new skills, and feel more grounded and empowered.
