Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Reaching out for support is a courageous step, and I’m honored to walk alongside you. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) serving adults in Georgia, and I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, substance use concerns, and emotional overwhelm. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can feel understood, validated, and supported. Together, we’ll work toward greater confidence, balance, and peace in your daily life, at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, empowering, and deeply person-centered. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and therapy works best when we partner together. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, solution-focused therapy, eclectic methods, and person-centered counseling. In our work, we’ll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build practical coping tools for managing difficult emotions and stress, and strengthen your resilience. I tailor each session to your unique needs, goals, and strengths rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel both hopeful and uncertain, and my goal is to make the process as comfortable as possible. In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know you, talking about what brought you to therapy, and clarifying your goals, strengths, and current challenges. You can expect a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can share openly at your own pace. As we continue, we’ll create a collaborative plan that feels realistic and meaningful for you. Over time, you can expect to gain deeper insight into your experiences, learn new skills to handle stress and emotions, and feel more grounded and empowered in your relationships and everyday life.
