Great to meet you!

I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals and families through life's challenges. From young adults navigating identity and purpose to older adults facing aging, loss, and end-of-life concerns.I specialize in helping people work through depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship difficulties. My focus areas include communication challenges, grief, adjustment issues, First Responder operational stress, attachment patterns, and family dynamics. Additionally, I work with individuals managing chronic illness, caregiver stress, workplace challenges, and addiction-related concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in compassion and respect for each person's unique values, beliefs, and life experience. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what matters most to you—whether that's healing relationships, finding meaning and purpose, or working through difficult emotions and life transitions.I believe meaningful change happens through genuine connection and collaboration. I'm here to listen, support your growth, and help you move toward greater peace and clarity in your life.

What you can expect from me

The first priority is to build rapport. It is critical to me that clients feel heard, understood and receiving the feedback and guidance they are looking for.

I typically tend to be engaging, and somewhat directive. I can easily pivot to a softer, slower pace for anyone that requires more active listening.

Our first session is about establishing rapport, while I am assessing and learning all about what brings you to therapy. My goal is for you to feel heard, affirmed and you are leaving with one small positive take away. The rest depends on your process.
