Great to meet you!

I know that entering therapy can feel uncomfortable and challenging. Luckily, I have lot of experience working with tweens, teens, and adults, in both clinical settings and schools. I support clients as they navigate a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse/addiction, relationship issues, and personal growth challenges.

My approach to therapy

Every person possesses qualities that can be harnessed to promote their own well-being. As a therapist, I come from a Strength-Based and Person-Centered approach and tailor interventions to meet the unique needs of each client. I foster a non-judgmental, collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away new perspectives, as well as insight into areas that they have identified to be challenges. Often, clients will also leave sessions with practical ideas to help them work towards goals that they can try that week.
