If you want to be challenged with compassion, empathy, and support, then you have found the right place. Take that first step towards recovery.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I will use strength/evidenced based therapy (CBT, DBT, EMDR) approaches to help you challenge your negative thoughts, manage your anxiety and self doubt, build resilience, and achieve an improved quality of life. Healing takes time, and asking for help is the first courageous step of many that will be taken on your path to recovery. You deserve to live a fulfilling life.
