Great to meet you!

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, low, or like you’re constantly “pushing through” just to get by, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to stay stuck. Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning but silently struggling with depression, anxiety, or just a sense that something feels off. Others face mood shifts, trouble focusing, or feeling emotionally drained without knowing why. If any of this sounds familiar, I want to help you find relief that’s grounded, practical, and sustainable.

I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner who treats a range of mental health concerns, with a special focus on depression and anxiety. I offer both telehealth across Florida and in-person visits in Homestead. My goal is to help you feel more like yourself again, with care that meets you where you are.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that effective care starts with understanding. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on what’s most helpful for you, whether that’s medication, support during a difficult time, or space to talk things through. We’ll focus on clear goals, steady progress, and building a plan that fits your life, not someone else’s checklist.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect a thoughtful, personalized approach to medication management. We’ll take time to understand how you're feeling, what’s working (and what’s not), and adjust treatment based on your goals, not just symptoms. My focus is to help you feel more stable, clear, and in control of your mental health, with medication as one tool, not the only one. You’ll never be rushed, and you’ll always be part of the decision-making process.
