Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 26+ years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I have a particular passion for supporting women navigating the complexities of midlife, including changing relationships, caregiving responsibilities, career transitions, shifting priorities, and questions about identity and purpose.

My style is warm, engaged, and practical. I help clients understand patterns that may be contributing to feeling overwhelmed or stuck while developing healthier ways of coping, relating to others, and responding to life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when insight is paired with practical change. My approach is collaborative and individualized, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and other evidence-based approaches based on your needs. Together, we’ll explore the patterns influencing how you think, feel, and relate to others while developing strategies that can help you feel more grounded, strengthen boundaries, improve relationships, and navigate challenges with greater confidence.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for me to understand what has brought you to therapy, what feels most difficult right now, and what you would like to change. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, important relationships and circumstances, and patterns you may have noticed in your thoughts, emotions, or behaviors. We’ll begin identifying priorities for our work and discuss a direction for treatment that feels meaningful and realistic for you.

You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what to say or having everything figured out. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of where we can begin.

PLEASE DO NOT SELF-SCHEDULE. TO AVOID SCHEDULING CONFLICTS, PLEASE EMAIL ME DIRECTLY TO ARRANGE YOUR COMPLIMENTARY 15-MINUTE CONSULTATION: [email protected]
