Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in Texas. As a Counselor, I’ve witnessed individuals move through addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and isolation—and emerge with renewed strength and purpose. Whether you're facing emotional challenges, working through past experiences, or seeking new directions, I’m here to provide support as you battle through these challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in compassion and evidence-based care, drawing from CBT, EMDR, person-centered therapy, trauma-informed practices, harm-reduction, and recovery models. I’m passionate about making counseling accessible to all, and I strive to create a safe space where individuals feel empowered to rediscover their peace and potential.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. I’ll ask questions to better understand what brings you to counseling, what challenges you’re facing, and what goals you’d like to work toward. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable—this is your space, and there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. Most importantly, my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to begin your healing journey.
