Great to meet you!

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has been providing compassionate and evidence-based care to adults since 2017.

Prior to going into private practice, I practiced in both inpatient and outpatient settings; caring for adults with a wide range of mental health needs.

My clinical focus is adults ages 18-65, and I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, PMDD, sleep disorders, mood disorders and PTSD.

I have a special interest in Women's Mental Health (including the hormonal and emotional challenges that can arise throughout women's various life stages) as well as supporting First Responders; who face a variety of unique and demanding work stressors on a daily basis.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to provide personalized, trauma-informed, and collaborative care in a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

I believe that the best client outcomes come from a collaborative approach. I partner with my clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals and values.

My sessions combine assessment, medication management, and brief psychotherapy with focus on treating the individual as a whole and working towards lasting emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

I expect clients to walk away from our sessions with a sense of comfort, confidence, and a clear understanding of their treatment plan.
