Hi, my name is Mary Regina Arnold, but people call me Gina. I am a licensed mental health counselor with a background in psychology and addiction. My aim is to help you identify unresolved issues so that you can begin to heal. We will work together to increase your recovery journey by reducing anxiety/depression and also by completing assignments along the way so that you can meet your goals.
My specialty is mindfulness and spirituality. Most think of spirituality as religion, but it is far different. I am interested in helping you achieve a quality of life within yourself. Together we will embrace what it means to be human, and part of a greater whole in nature.
