Great to meet you!

As an LPC, I believe one's mental health journey is about discovery, healing, and transformation. Understanding self and life can be challenging so be proud of taking this first step in your journey. I have currently been practicing for 5 years, and during these years, I have worked with individuals who are neurodivergent, face anxiety, and experienced trauma.

My approach to therapy

I see myself as a guest in each of my client's worlds, and I am honored that they are willing to share their experience with me. It is important to me that I create a safe and respectful environment that encourages open communication and collaboration. I want to understand your story while also providing opportunities for growth and reflection.

What you can expect from me

In the initial session, I provide an opportunity to provide your story and what you hope to gain in therapy. In collaboration, I provide check-ins throughout sessions to ensure that we as collaborators continue to focus on your needs and what modalities and approaches will be used to meet these needs and achieve goals.
