Great to meet you!

As a licensed independent social worker, I am dedicated to helping individuals find balance and peace in their lives. With experience ranging from child welfare and adolescent drug and alcohol prevention to trauma-focused counseling for members of our Armed Forces, I bring a compassionate and effective approach to every session. Together, we’ll work to build your wellness toolbox, empowering you to navigate challenges and achieve your goals.

My approach to therapy

I take a direct approach to help clients see themselves in a more loving and confident light, empowering them to live the life they desire. By incorporating techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, I provide tailored support to address areas where you feel stuck. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful progress and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I aim to help you identify your main goals and work with you to create a path forward that feels right for you. Through a safe, accepting, and open environment, I’ll support you in realizing your goals step by step, fostering growth and progress at your own pace.
