Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience dedicated to guiding women and non-binary individuals develop a fresh and achievable path to recovery. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety, panic, insomnia, OCD, substance abuse, chronic health problems, and trauma. In recovery myself, I now deeply appreciate the privilege of giving back. My background includes prior experience providing college counseling, survivor advocacy, and community health.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that true healing involves addressing the whole person — not just the symptoms but the deeper aspects of self. My style of therapy follows a holistic model of care and draws primarily from the integration of neurobiological wellness education, humanistic psychology, CBT, narrative approaches, social justice perspectives, family systems, and spiritual development practices.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect a compassionate, lighthearted, and safe space where you will be validated and actively supported. Your sessions will be customized to honor your unique therapy goals. My aim is to empower you with the tools and insights you need while helping you build a stronger connection with yourself and the world around you.
