Great to meet you!

If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, burnout, trouble sleeping, or mood changes, you're not alone. My goal is to help you better understand what's contributing to your symptoms and create a treatment plan that feels practical, personalized, and realistic.

As both a Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner, I take your mental and physical health into account when making treatment decisions. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and taking an active role in your care.

My approach to therapy

I believe treatment works best when patients understand their symptoms and feel involved in making decisions about their care. I take time to look at the whole picture, including stress, sleep, medical conditions, medications, and lifestyle, to develop a treatment plan that fits your goals. My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you feel better while making changes that are sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Our first visit is a chance for me to get to know you. We'll talk about your symptoms, medical and mental health history, past treatments, and what you're hoping to achieve. Together, we'll decide on a treatment plan that may include medication, supportive therapy, lifestyle recommendations, or additional evaluation when appropriate. My goal is for you to leave your appointment feeling heard and with a clear plan moving forward.
