Great to meet you!

As a faith-based Licensed Professional Counselor, I am dedicated to a holistic approach that integrates faith-based principles with evidence-based therapeutic practices. I have a compassionate and client-centered approach. I help individuals navigate life’s challenges while fostering spiritual and emotional growth. Grounded in Biblical truth and 8 years of clinical expertise, I offer support in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. My primary focus is on adults aged 18 and up. I have degrees from Liberty University. Deciding to seek help can be a challenging decision. Congratulations on taking that step!

A bit about my approach to therapy

Everyone is a unique masterpiece with talents and abilities. Those abilities will shape the framework of your care, addressing your specific needs. Once we decide to work together and act as partners on your therapeutic pathway. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and that you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, gently challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from our first session

We will start with an introductory session! You will share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to make therapy goals! I want to come alongside you in a welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable, secure enough to share, and enables you to be vulnerable. We’ll work together to make these goals a reality during our therapy sessions.
