Great to meet you!

My interest in becoming a counselor began very early on and directed my pursuits to specialize in the field of psychotherapy. I have been blessed to provide support through a variety of mental health settings, landing in private practice where I currently enjoy the ability to commit my time to a person centered approach, working with the client to build the trust and safety necessary to address the struggles and barriers they feel are holding them back from experiencing their best lives.

My approach to therapy

I believe that providing a safe and trusting environment, without judgement or opinion, is critical to clients as they begin to open themselves to new possibilities. I primarily utilize CBT and mindfulness based strategies to help overcome emotional challenges while maintaining a space to process our thoughts and feelings.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to develop a deep understanding of themselves and their emotional needs while also learning healthy and effective strategies to overcome any barriers they are experiencing.
