Great to meet you!

I have been an LCSW for almost 20 years and love this job because I enjoy connecting with people without shame or judgement. I specialize working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, spectrum disorders, low motivation, and relationship issues, and have an extensive history working with teens, young adults, and family systems.

My approach to therapy

While working with you, you can expect me to listen and understand, help you explore your ideas from a different point of view, and work towards the goals you set. I draw on different therapy modalities such as psychotherapy, CBT, and connecting mind/body awareness, so we can discuss what will be the right fit for you. I am direct in my feedback, and value the therapeutic relationship.

What you can expect from me

I create a welcoming environment so you can feel comfortable to work at your own pace, accept a gentle but direct nudge from me, and set realistic and helpful goals to reach the outcomes you want.
