Great to meet you!

I have over 26 years of experience. I started my career as a forensic psychologist, and later provided services for our Veterans and family members. I am someone who has faced challenges, grown through them and learned the power of resilience firsthand. These experiences have shaped who I am and deepen the gratitude I feel for the work I do. I am truly thankful for the opportunity to walk alongside others and support them on their own life’s journey with compassion, understanding and hope.

My approach to therapy

I am a clinical psychologist who integrates evidenced based therapy and person centered to support meaningful and lasting change. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, tailored to each client’s unique needs. I work to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while fostering self-awareness, resilience, and personal empowerment in a safe, supportive space.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space to slow down, feel heard, and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship.
