Great to meet you!

I bring more than 20 years of experience as a healthcare provider, working with clients across a wide range of settings to help them achieve meaningful and sustainable wellness goals. I am a doctorally prepared, dually board‐certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with specialized training in Primary Care, Addiction Medicine and Psychiatry and mental health across the lifespan. My practice is grounded in evidence‐based care, compassion, and a deep commitment to supporting individuals at every stage of their mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

I recognize that wellbeing is shaped by many interconnected factors that include emotional, physical, intellectual, environmental, and social. Because of this, I use a holistic, collaborative approach that honors the whole person.

Working in partnership with each client, I develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, strengths, and goals. My style is supportive, respectful, and client‐centered, with a focus on empowering individuals to take an active role in their care.

What you can expect from me

During the initial session, clients can expect a comprehensive psychiatric assessment conducted in a non‐judgmental, inclusive, and safe environment. When clinically appropriate, laboratory testing is ordered to support a thorough understanding of each client’s health.

Together, we explore where the client is in their life, where they hope to be, and what support they may need along the way. I frequently work with individuals who are already engaged in counseling or therapy and are seeking medication management as an additional layer of support.

My goal is to ensure clients feel informed, empowered, and supported. I provide education about treatment options and partner with clients to manage their mental health conditions so they can move toward greater stability, wellbeing, and a more fulfilling life.
