My undergraduate degree is in psychology and sociology. I began my career with a community mental health agency and now have my own private practice. I am trained in trauma-focused CBT, CBT, EMDR, lifespan integration therapy, interpersonal therapy, and motivational interviewing.
Life experiences have led me to be nonjudgmental and respectful of clients while meeting them where they are and seeing life from their perspectives. I work well with women and men from 18-100+, assisting them with everyday issues, struggles, and life transitions.
I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Together we will work on the goals of therapy and will continue to review those goals during sessions.
