Welcome! I'm excited that you're beginning or continuing your mental health journey. I started my career as an RN in NYC, where I quickly realized how passionate I was for caring for client's mental health. As a well-rounded board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner during our assessment the client can expect a safe environment to express symptoms, concerns and treatment goals. Client will be offered comprehensive feedback and sound recommendations for healthy living and mental wellbeing.

I believe in a holistic approach with the goal of restoration and healing. Taking a step-by-step approach within the comforts of the client. Although therapy is a recommendation which may be made in conjunction with medications, Mary is not a therapist and most specifically specializes in psychopharmacological interventions for symptoms management . Providing treatment can include prescribing psychotropic and relevant behavioral management strategies to support stabilization.

The goal at the end of each assessment is for the client to feel better. For the client to able to understand there diagnosis and manage symptoms in a positive way.
