Great to meet you!

Welcome!

I completed a master's degree in counseling psychology with an emphasis in depth psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in California. I have well over ten years of professional study in addition to personal analysis and study beyond my formal education.

At some point, life leaves many of us feeling disconnected, anxious, stuck or with a quiet emptiness that's hard to name. These aren't problems to solve; they're opportunities to understand what's been lost or buried beneath the demands of modern life, expectations or old patterns that no longer serve you. What brings you to therapy is unique to you and your life circumstances and history. Yet it is a profound invitation and a space that I deeply honor and respect in you as it carries the potential for transformative change.

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach is primarily guided by depth psychology (both Jungian oriented and psychodynamic). Depending on your individual needs and what emerges in our sessions, it can be helpful to incorporate other approaches including EMDR into our work. Additionally, dream work can provide important insights.

In short, I work with you to discover clarity and develop the courage to act on new insights. Together we are seeking to understand the patterns that feel difficult to know and change. Yet as you reconnect with what truly matters, often your personal challenges begin to ease naturally. In this exploratory process, my goal is to help you to discover a greater sense of freedom by connecting with your own deepest wisdom.

What you can expect from me

I work well with people navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression or questions of meaning or purpose. If you are feeing lost, stuck, or curious to know yourself more fully, our work together offers an opportunity to reconnect with who you actually are. If this speaks to you, let's talk and see if we're a good fit.
