Great to meet you!

The more we know the better off we are! Have you ever wondered why you do what you do, react the way you react or behave the way you behave? Sometimes, we truly do not know. I am here to help you answer all of these questions. Let’s face your life’s obstacles and challenges together.

My approach to therapy

As a reality-based therapist, I find our basic needs in life to be extremely important. I focus on building trust and rapport with my clients through information gathering, so the therapeutic process is as comfortable as possible. I look for patterns of behaviors and explore your past with you. I will educate you and help you to work on acceptance so you can move past your past (as it often times is still controlling us). Lastly, we will use mindfulness to change current unwanted behaviors.

What you can expect from me

I am not your "typical" therapist. I have a very straight forward to point personality and I use humor (when appropriate) to lighten the therapeutic process. Counseling is hard, it is even harder if you're not comfortable. I have a worked many years in law enforcement and can adjust my personality to deal with all types of diverse issues. My office (online) is judgment free!! No one is perfect not even us therapist. I love Jesus (and I don't care if you don't) and I say bad words.
