Great to meet you!

I am dedicated to helping my clients navigate both acute challenges, including issues around critical illness, loss, and bereavement, as well those we all face every day: romantic and family relationships, job-related stressors, and simply the business of developing a happy, fulfilling life. I treat people across the spectrum of adulthood. I have an extensive background working with persons with chronic illness, cancer, those approaching end-of-life, and their families.

My approach to therapy

I take a strengths-based and empathetic approach with all clients, and take into account each person's individual needs, presenting issues, and goals when tailoring my work. I will work with you on a plan which best fits you, and I will always meet you exactly where you are, right in this moment. I will support you as you navigate life's challenges, and I will help you gain insight into your past and your present, while working to build your future.

What you can expect from me

In our first meeting, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy at this time, and what you hope to achieve by meeting with me--and if you have no idea, that's okay, too! My primary goal is making sure you are comfortable with me and my style, and we can build from there. You will leave the session with a good understanding of how we'll work together, and how I can help you grow and develop.
