Great to meet you!

I bring 14 + years of experience providing thrrapy in both private and clinical settings. My work is grounded in a client centered strengths-based approach, rooted in unconditional, positive regard and a commitment to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where client can openly share their stories.

I identify as neurodivergent and have personally and professionally navigated ADHD. This experience allows me to bring both clinical knowledge lived understanding to my work, helping clients recognize their strengths, develop effective strategies, and move toward meaningful growth and stability.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, trauma informed and strengths based. I create a warm, nonjudgemental space rooted in unconditional, positive regard, where clients feel safe to be honest and fully themselves. I see each person as unique, and I treat therapy as a collaborative process-you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to help you understand patterns, build skills, and move toward the change you want.

Trauma is a process with three stages;Victim, survivor, building insight, learning coping strategies, and reclaiming stability. Eventually, some reach what I cant the "Overcomer" -not because the past disappears, but because it no longer runs the present. This is where people begin to leave victimhood behind, reclaim their identity, and dare to build a life that reflects who they were meant to be -the best version of themself.

What you can expect from me

During your first session you can expect a supportive, grounded, and welcoming environment where you are encouraged to share your story at you own pace.

My goal is to create a space that feels open, safe and nonjudgemental, so you can feel comfortable talking about what brought you to therapy.

In addition to discussing goal and desired outcomes, the first session is an opportunity for us to begin building a therapeutic connection.

We will explore what is currently happening in your life, what challenges you may be facing, and what you hope to gain from therapy.

From there, we will work collaboratively to identify areas of focus and begin developing goals that feel meaningful and realistic to you.

Therapy is a partnership, and I respect that you are the expert in your own life experience.

Overall, you can expect and environment that is friendly, supportive, and centered on helping you feel heard, understood, and respected from the very beginning.
