Great to meet you!

My name is Mary Catalino, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. For over ten years, I have been helping individuals recover from their hurts, habits, and hang-ups. If you are struggling with negative thoughts and would like to change the direction of your thinking, let's start the journey to reframe your mindset and transform the trajectory of your life.

My approach to therapy

Empathy, openness, compassion, and active listening are my most outstanding qualities. I take an eclectic approach tailored to the unique needs of each client. If you are struggling with substance abuse, mental health issues, anger management, or challenges related to being in or navigating the foster care system, or if you have experienced incarceration, I want you to know that there is hope. You can change the narrative of your story with the proper support and guidance. If you're ready to make changes and seek a new perspective on life, I am here to help you on that journey.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will make you as comfortable as possible and emphasize that we are here to listen without judgment. You can share as much or as little as you want, and together, we can set goals for what you would like to achieve throughout your counseling experience.
