Great to meet you!

Beyond being a therapist, I taught and supervised future therapists. I understand that life is challenging for all ages and believe we can learn and adjust at any stage in life. Sometimes we just need a person outside of our circle to assist us in seeing and adjusting to become the best that we can be- no matter what our decision is. To be able to harness and learn ways that make us understand ourselves in the best possible way.

My approach to therapy

My style will be tailored to what an individual presents in session. Sometimes one's past can infiltrate how one functions in life. With that, we may need to address these issues. Sometimes one's current situation becomes the priority. The relationship between us is paramount in creating our goals and making change.

What you can expect from me

The therapeutic relationship is so important. Trust and a feeling of acceptance will be a very important goal. The trust needs to be earned and I will provide an atmosphere where you feel heard and respected.
