Great to meet you!

Welcome! My passion is helping individuals discover the inherent beauty within themselves and in the world around them, even in the midst of life's most challenging seasons. With a background providing individual and family therapy across all age groups for the last 11 years-I currently focus on working alongside teens and adults navigating anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. I also provide optional faith-based counseling for clients looking to incorporate their Christian beliefs and spiritual perspective into their healing process.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, safe, and approachable environment that balances listening with practical structure, so our time together feels focused and productive. I draw frequently on practices that help change unhelpful patterns and build new skills, encouraging work and reflection outside of our sessions to support your growth.

What you can expect from me

In our initial intake session, we will take time to gently explore your history and unique story. As we work together towards your personal goals, my hope is that you feel deeply supported, and walk away feeling rooted, empowered, and equipped.
