Great to meet you!

Do you feel overwhelmed managing your relationships, work, friendships, and family dynamics? Do you struggle with negative self-talk and feeling like not enough?

Together, we can figure out new strategies to manage stress, process traumas and memories that are continuing to impact you, and help realize next steps to living the life you want to live!

My approach to therapy

I use a relational approach where as we work as a team to identify unhelpful patterns and create strategies to find new ways of coping. I also utilize EMDR therapy to help process traumas that are standing in the way of living a full and happy life.

What you can expect from me

First sessions can be scary! I always remind my clients that showing up for themselves is so brave. During our first session, we will identify current and past stressors, get to know each other, and collaborate on goals. My clients tell me where they want to go in their life and I help them to write the roadmap to make those goals reality!
