Great to meet you!
Hi, I’m Mary. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, and for more than twenty years I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, teens, and adults across Colorado through some of life’s most challenging and meaningful transitions. I completed my B.A. in Psychology at the University of Colorado in 1997, followed by my M.A. in Psychology at Regis University in 2000, graduating Magna Cum Laude with Graduate Honors. In 2018, I earned my M.S. in Criminology with an emphasis in Human Behavioral Sciences from Regis University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and as a member of the Alpha Sigma Nu Honors Society.
My work is grounded in compassion, practicality, and the belief that people grow in powerful ways when they feel genuinely seen and supported.
I specialize in anxiety, PTSD/trauma, ADHD, depression, and grief/loss. Many of the clients I work with are navigating major turning points—recovering from trauma, adjusting after a psychiatric hospitalization, or participating in court‐ordered treatment. These experiences can feel overwhelming, and my role is to help you stabilize, build confidence, and develop skills that make daily life feel more manageable and hopeful.
