Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. I work with teens and adults ages 14 and up, providing individual therapy as well as couples, marriage, and co-parenting counseling. I support clients navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, anger, life transitions, perinatal mental health, and relationship challenges. Using a trauma-informed, holistic, and individualized approach, I draw from evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, ERP, Person-Centered Therapy, and the Gottman Method. My approach is compassionate, authentic, non-judgmental, and encouraging, and I work collaboratively with each client to develop realistic goals and practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach, so I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. I use a trauma-informed and holistic perspective while incorporating evidence-based approaches such as Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, DBT, ERP, and the Gottman Method for couples. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be honest, feel understood, and work through challenges at your own pace. Together, we’ll focus on building insight, developing practical coping skills, strengthening relationships, and creating meaningful changes that can positively impact your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to get to know you and begin creating a comfortable, trusting relationship. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, current challenges, strengths, and goals, while also giving you space to share what feels important to you. You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming in—our first session is simply the beginning of getting to know one another and determining how I can best support you.
