Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate mental health counselor who believes effective therapy is grounded in a strong, authentic therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental, and supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relational challenges, self-esteem concerns, and stress-related difficulties.

I hold a M.Ed. in Counseling from St. Lawrence University, an Advanced Certificate in Mental Health Counseling from Alfred University, and I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider. I am committed to ongoing professional development to best support my clients’ growth and healing. I am licensed both in NY and NJ.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel safe, respected, and supported in an authentic therapeutic relationship.

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and existential therapy to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while also exploring meaning, values, and personal goals. I tailor therapy to each individual, moving at the client’s pace and adapting treatment to meet their unique needs and preferences.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where we begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I take time to understand what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

We will discuss your concerns at a pace that feels comfortable, review relevant history, and begin identifying goals for treatment. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and clear about next steps.
