Great to meet you!

Welcome aboard! As a therapist who holds dual licensure in clinical social work and as a clinical addictions specialist, my focus is on addressing individuals as a whole. Not only am I interested in exploring mental health with clients, but also their physical health, as they are deeply interconnected and have a direct impact on each other. In working together, our goal is to empower clients to manage their wellness, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Regardless of what you want to address, together we will work collaboratively through a holistic framework. We aim to provide culturally sensitive, client-focused care that uses trauma-focused and evidence-based practices. Therapy is a safe space where we can explore and process any area or subject you feel is important. Not only do we address your individual experiences, but we do so with cultural and environmental lenses to ensure we are fully addressing your lived experiences.

What you can expect from our first session

We focus on adding practical skills and coping tools that can help us overcome barriers or challenges we are facing, whether that is skills to navigate relationship difficulties or managing anxious thoughts, for example. Therapy is a collaborative process where you will find a judgment-free space to explore your thoughts and feelings. As you are a unique individual, we tailor therapy to fit those unique goals and build off of your strengths.
