I primarily use trauma informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I integrate skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, including mindfulness and distress tolerance. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), but I leave it up to you to decide if this is the best therapy for you.
From the first session, we work toward achieving goals that my clients set. I'll ask you what you want to accomplish in therapy, and we work together to help you achieve your goals.
