Great to meet you!

I am a doctoral prepared board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health, Family, and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of healthcare experience. My diverse background includes critical care, hospital medicine, primary care, and psychiatric care giving me a broad understanding of how physical health, emotional well-being, medication's, and life circumstances can affect one another.

I earn my Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Family Practice from Florida State University and completed additional post graduate training in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care and Psychiatric Mental Health from both Florida State University and University of Pennsylvania.

My psychiatric practice focuses on comprehensive evaluation's and evidence-based medicine management for condition such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma related disorders, their disorders, and other mental Health concerns. I provide individualized, collaborative care by listening carefully, explaining treatment options clearly, and considering each clients medical history, needs, preferences, and goals. My goal is to create compassionate, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, supportive, and empowered in their care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I take time to listen and consider how physical health, mental health, medication's, and life stressors affect each clients well-being. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and evidence-based medication management for ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma related disorders, and disorders. I explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly so clients can make informed decisions about their care. Together we create a practical treatment plan based on each clients needs, preferences, and goals.
