Great to meet you!

Sometimes it feels like you've been carrying so much for so long that you've forgotten what it feels like to truly feel like yourself. Anxiety, relationship struggles, painful experiences, family conflict, or life transitions can leave you feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or wondering if lasting change is really possible. You don't have to navigate those challenges alone, and healing doesn't require having everything figured out before you begin. I specialize in helping clients work through anxiety, family issues, relationship issues, women's issues, and trauma. I work with adults, adolescents, children, and families because I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported. Together, we'll build on your strengths while creating meaningful changes that help you move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and hope.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a collaborative process where insight leads to meaningful action and lasting growth. We'll explore the experiences, emotions, and patterns that have shaped your life while building practical strategies you can confidently use outside of our sessions. My approach incorporates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Strength Based Therapy because every client deserves an approach tailored to their unique story, goals, and strengths. Together, we can work through ADHD, depression, OCD, stress management, grief and loss, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, and trauma while always adapting therapy to your individual needs and pace.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive relationship where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and encouragement while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate your progress, and navigate setbacks with self compassion. Whether you're hoping to strengthen relationships, heal from painful experiences, better manage anxiety, or simply feel more connected to yourself again, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more empowered, more resilient, and equipped with practical tools that continue supporting your growth long after therapy ends.
