Great to meet you!

If you are feeling overwhelmed by stress, relationship challenges, grief or major life transitions, you don’t have to face them alone. Together we will work through conflict, trauma, and life’s difficulties in a safe, supportive environment using empathy and evidence-based approaches. Whether you’re navigating the early years of marriage, healing after a loss, or seeking lasting personal growth, I am here to help you find clarity, resilience, and deeper connection.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in behavior change, communication, anxiety, trauma, and relationship concerns. Above all, I see people as more than a diagnosis or presenting problem. I take a holistic approach that honors your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I provide direct, compassionate feedback and practical strategies to help you navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and move toward the life you want.

With more than 22 years of experience, I believe that each person has the capacity to grow and discover solutions to life’s challenges. My role is to create a space where those strengths can emerge- one built on curiosity, respect, thoughtful reflection, and a healthy sense of humor. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they create meaningful change.

I believe that growth isn’t just for people experiencing psychological distress, it is for anyone who wants to live life more intentionally. Using an integrated, practical approach, I tailor therapy to your unique needs. Through transparency, compassion, and evidence-based practices. I help clients build insight, develop new skills and create lasting change through a holistic approach that honors your unique experiences, strengths and goals.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is more than learning to cope. Beginning in our first session, we will explore patterns that shape your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors, process experiences that may still be affecting you, and develop skills that continue to serve you long after therapy ends. Together, we will explore your goals for therapy and start to form our plan to move you toward those goals. Our long- term goal is not simply symptom relief, but lasting transformation and greater peace.
