Great to meet you!

This is not an easy time! If you crave a deeper connection to self and others, need support around empty nest and / or caregiving elderly parents or spouse, dealing with chronic or acute medical issues, challenged by raising teens? Are you feeling burned out, numb, exhausted, overwhelmed, or sad? Do you find yourself excessively using screen time, on-line shopping, food or substances to manage stress? Avoiding family or social events, yelling at your partner or children? Maybe you are grieving a relationship loss - from infidelity, break-up, divorce, death? If so, let's talk.

My approach to therapy

Therapy provides a safe and structured space where you receive unconditional support. I offer clients a compassionate perspective to their challenges or ongoing struggles. Working together in a relational framework informed by CBT, DBT, strengths-based, core mindfulness and positive psychology, we will clarify your goals and make a plan for success.

What you can expect from me

Feeling a connection to your therapist is essential and improves therapy outcomes. My style is conversational. While using humor and warmth, I strive to provide direct and kind feedback. I offer a complimentary video chat for all interested future clients. Teletherapy only at this time. Please email or call today to schedule your 15 minute consultation.
