Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Mary Eringo, MSN, ARNP, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and PTSD in teens, adults, and older adults.

I provide compassionate, evidence-based care and personalized treatment plans, including medication management, to help you feel more stable and in control.

I offer telehealth across Washington State, including Tacoma and Seattle. If you’re ready for support, I’m here to help you get started.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is warm, supportive, and centered around you. I believe that healing starts with feeling safe, heard, and understood, so I take time to truly listen and learn about your experiences without judgment.

I work collaboratively with you to understand what you’re going through and what matters most to you. Together, we create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and practical strategies to help you feel more balanced and in control of your daily life.

I care deeply about building trust and meeting you where you are. My goal is to support you at a pace that feels comfortable while helping you gain clarity, stability, and confidence as you move forward.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can share what’s been going on at your own pace. We’ll talk about your concerns, symptoms, and goals, and I’ll ask a few questions to better understand your needs.

By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of your situation and a personalized plan with next steps to help you start feeling better.
