Great to meet you!

am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC #22955) with a Master of Science degree and more than seven years of experience providing mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges while building resilience, increasing self-awareness, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, and other interventions tailored to each client's unique needs, strengths, and goals.

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and develop the tools needed to improve their emotional well-being. I believe therapy is most effective when clients have an active voice in the process, and I work collaboratively to ensure treatment aligns with what matters most to them.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply seeking personal growth, I am committed to providing compassionate, individualized care. It is an honor to be part of each client's journey toward healing, resilience, and a more fulfilling life. During our first session, my priority is getting to know you and creating a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your current concerns, and talk about your personal history as it relates to your goals. There is no expectation to share everything at once we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I will also explain the therapy process, answer any questions you may have, and work collaboratively with you to identify your goals for treatment. Together, we will begin developing a plan that is tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and experiences.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling understood, supported, and hopeful about the work we will do together.
