Hi, I'm Mary. I work with individuals 16+ struggling with anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. I have over a decade of experience in the mental health field, with specialized training in trauma, crisis intervention, and eating disorder treatment.
I take an evidence-based approach based on building awareness, insight, coping skills, and new thinking patterns. My practice is gender affirming and trauma-informed. I want to help you find clarity, symptom resolution, and a better quality of life. I hope to be the therapist you one day don't need anymore.
