Great to meet you!

Many of my clients are people who appear capable on the outside while quietly carrying chronic stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional exhaustion. They are often used to being the person others rely on, and may struggle to prioritize themselves, set boundaries, or slow down long enough to process what they’re feeling.

I strive to create a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. My approach is compassionate, practical, and collaborative, helping clients better understand themselves while developing tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

I have over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges, transitions, and periods of emotional distress. I bring a warm, grounded, and compassionate presence to my work and believe therapy should feel like a safe, collaborative space where you can feel heard, supported, and better understood.

I work with individuals experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, grief, self-esteem challenges, family concerns, and major life transitions. I understand that people often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what needs to change, and I help clients begin to make sense of their experiences at a pace that feels manageable.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and strengths-based. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space to explore challenges honestly while also building practical tools for everyday life. I work to meet clients where they are and tailor therapy to each individual’s needs and goals.

My therapeutic style is supportive, thoughtful, and client-centered. I value building a strong therapeutic relationship and believe that healing often begins when clients feel safe enough to be honest about what they are carrying. I believe in starting "where you are at" and what is most comfortable for you (in-person and virtual sessions included).

In therapy, I will work with you to identify patterns, strengthen coping skills, increase self-awareness, and move toward greater emotional well-being. I honor each person’s unique story, strengths, and goals, and I strive to create a calm, nonjudgmental space for reflection, growth, and healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will spend time getting to know one another and beginning to understand what brings you to therapy at this time. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or unsure of where to begin.

We will talk about what you are experiencing, what feels most important to you right now, and what you hope may feel different through therapy. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported as we begin creating a path forward together.
