Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Peachtree Corners Counseling. I work with people navigating life transitions, anxiety, and attachment or relationship patterns. I believe mental health affects every part of our lives, from our relationships and confidence to the choices we make and our ability to feel at peace.

Moving often taught me how to adapt to change, connect with people from different backgrounds, and understand what it feels like to find your place. I bring that same openness into my work and genuinely enjoy getting to know people for who they are.

My approach to therapy

You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or simply know something needs to change. I offer a space where you can be yourself, talk openly without judgment, and feel truly heard. My approach is personal and practical. Together, we’ll understand what’s weighing on you, recognize patterns, and find tools that fit your life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know each other and understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what you hope to get out of therapy, and how I can best support you moving forward.
